Our EP has landed (officially on february 1st, with a physical (CDs) release coming soon after) and as a thanks to this forum and it's members (which, even though you might be unaware of, helped us a lot when making the thing), we are offering a pre-release digital download of the full EP for free, starting from now until february 1st.

Well, the first CD's arrived today

They are vinyl-style CD's in fold-out card cases..It's a little bit of a faff to take the CD in and out as there isn't a nice robust plastic tray...If we sell enough to get another batch, we will have to upgrade!

Do you get a free orange plectrum and pair of knees with every purchase?

Looks cool man. Personally I like the "artisan" style CD cases. A scabby, generic plastic case doesn't say alot about the band in my opinion.

An irritating few days, in that we sent off some of the CD's to the webshop warehouse, which is in the US. Only to find that if fans outside North America wanted to buy the CD, they would have to pay more shipping than the cost of the damn CD! :S

So, spent a while grappling with html to come up with a simple webshop for EU customers. Apologies for the very simple naffy looking webshop then (I'll try to improve it), but you do get to buy direct from us .

1. The paypal check out page has the option to use credit card instead? (Should be something like 'Dont have paypal?')
2. The paypal check out page is in English
3. When you are redirected, does it say you are being redirected back to something like 'ramshacklesband.com' or does it show an email address??

None of the above will make any difference to the actual purchase/security...it's all handled nicely by paypal (I just receive some money and a postage address..), but I want to get the aesthetics right

Just bought it Am looking forward to it arriving hehe.

The check out page did have the other opyion but I used paypal. It is in English. When being redirected it

showed the email address.

A little note to say thanks everyone who has supported us - a few of you from the forum paid out for the CD .

Our website ramshacklesband.com is now sold out of CD's - we dont plan another pressing for at least a month.

It's all still available digitally (itunes, amazon, emusic or from nimbit (facebook)), and there are about 20 CD's left on our nimbit store (on our facebook), but as they are in the US, shipping is a fair bit more

Thanks again for all the support and some nice follow-up emails from some listeners, it's really great/touching!

We've added a bassist and a guitarist to our band for gigs later in the year....now just searching out a drummer that has time for it...anyone know any? 

I hope to have time to record a demo this month so you can lay into me on the reviews forum for a change...
