So I'm announcing a new initiative/idea/whatever of me+my band which is to create and give away band-themed desktop wallpapers.
The first one, created by me is here:
http://img703.imageshack.us/img703/4916/blubellwoods1024.jpgand it is created for our song 'Bluebell Woods'. The idea being that is will help our name stick in 'fans' heads and help a bit with promoting. Its also a nice thing to give away I think and doesnt cost anything to do, apart from time.
What other ideas have people had to promote their music? (Not including profiles on social networks and sending music to various places).
