A lot will depend on budget - and you may even want to go "multi mic"

A good vocal mic is often very good for guitars so I would recommend a large-diaphragm condenser mic

I really like the Se 2200T on my Martin as I like the tube warmth

This is a relatively in-expensive mic at around £150 on eBay

I have the Se 2200a model which I would highly recommend. You need to spend a lot more money to get a significantly better microphone than this for both acoustic guitar and vocals.

I recently purchased a Condenser microphone from Blue, the Blue Spark microphone. I used it on a guitar once for live performance because the pickup on that mic is amazing, and it worked phenominally. I would consider it but do be advised that it is super sensitive and would pick up anything that happens in your room while recording, a piece of dust hitting the floor lol. I would recommend it 100% although I have yet to try and record a guitar with it, but I just know it would be fantastic. Look it up on YouTube!
