Here is an acoustic version of the song that I am thinking about doing a full-band version of the next time that I go into the studio.

Thinking about acoustic, drums, percussion, bass, and maybe Hammond organ (if I can find one, or a good approximation thereof). Maybe a clean electric playing some tasty little licks?
Steel drum?

Of course, some harmonies and handclaps!

Just looking for a response and thoughts from y'all.

Yeah, songs got potential, needs to be dropped a semitone if your gonna sing it because you were struggling a little here and there..but worth getting a band version done for sure..

I agree that I am struggling a bit, but I am thinking about bringing somebody else in to sing it, maybe. I hate messing with key changes!
 :P

Or, if I can't get somebody else in, maybe I can drop that key electronically—record it at one speed and play it back at another?

But I think that I have a couple folks that I might be able to call upon.

Thanks so much for the feedback, shadow.

Dunno how your working but it's very easy to drop a tone or two in a DAW, otherwise I s'pose it could be a right pain in the watsit!!
