Hi steve
I've noticed a theme running through your songs that kind of reminds me of the message Bill Hicks used to have running through his stand up routine. Quite spiritual actually.  Are you a fan of Mr Hicks?  I get the feeling you're pretty fed up with the world in its current form, and you'd like to get back to basics?
I agree with you, but it's hard to remember that it's just a ride cos it feels so real...

i wrote that  ride line imagining bill hicks talking about the roller coaster. i think hes an excellent comic, so sad that hes dead
isnt it. have you seen the channel four stand up? really funny! also i think of a ray davies tune fom called
'unreall reality' from everybody's in show-biz.
