I have moved this post from The Bar. Hoping for some ideas on what to do to solve the problem

Hi everyone,

Problem: It has never been possible for me to hear my recordings on Soundcloud because of crackling noises and cutting out of sound.

I have made the discovery that there is a page I can reach on the Search button and some of the songs I have uploaded are on there and the sound is perfect. There are 2 other tracks on there in a foreign language.

Does anyone have any idea how I can have perfect sound restored to my Ruthmari site? The mystery page is found if I search at the top of the page. There is a report or block notice for 'Ruthmari'.  

I would be really grateful for some advice.

Sounds like a very strange problem Marianna - My best guess would be to raise a query with Soundcloud.
