There is the internet - you can have that online. If you want your own voice recorded you can use a pre-prepared backing track and record at home (very good equipment, i.e. mike and USB-interface, costs only about 230 Euros). I know a good and reliable guy in Munich, Germany:

He charges from 300 Euros to create a demo of your rough song idea. He would even compose melodies to match your lyrics if that made sense to you (it doesn't to me).
