yes,it's been covered before..but really ;a poor mans 'copyright , doesn't stand up as evidence in a court  of law ...it's not definitive proof of your work..esp if industry lawyers are involved....even decent publishers don't always copyright until a cut is being made!

Its the costs involved in defending your claim can exceed the value of what any ones going to make out of it anyway..........
