Well, if not "most" than "many" songwriters want recognition and publicity. I dare to say that our contest is the first one where professional and amateur songwriters can get a direct cut on an upcoming record by a well-known artist. Five of them, actually.
This can be very easily verified, Tone, by contacting our co-organiser - Andrew Lane.

Please see his personal FB page:
https://www.facebook.com/andrew.lane.16?fref=tsor contact him via mail listed on his website:
http://www.drewrightmusic.com/Drew_Right_Music/Contact.htmlAll of the five artists are from Andy's roster, he's responsible for their material, hence the idea for this competition.
Now, yes...we do have the submission fees, but:
a) It's a commercial project
b) Each entrant is given a one-week free trial at
www.songquarters.com and may use it independently of the contest
c) 25 Bucks for TWO songs is not that much comparing it to other contests' fees.
d) Each contestant will get a reply with the opinion about his/her tracks from our judges; Leonidas Chantzaras and Andrew lane.
And yep, the website could be better, I know, but at the end of the day it's the content that matters.
