i wake up every morning with a smile upon my face
and looking out the window i see love all over the place

an image appears as the sound cracks my ears like a stone
when the king comes to town
looking down on all the people
he smiles and he waves as the brassband parade marches on
have you seen the fires at night
burning high from the tallest steeple
they flicker and fade while the people in shade lumber on
walking out my door i fill my lungs with air
starting down the street i feel the life force everywhere
i see the kids in the park with their mums and it makes me smile
i see couples in love holding hands and it makes me feel high
and i float to the sky
the sights and the sounds of the love all around feeds my soul

breath it in and breath out evil
we live and we learn to repeat and return what we want
