I post here before about my song, but I want to try make it a happy song, do you think it will work?

If so, do you have any idea that will help me?

Here is my thought.

YES... it definitely can be "made happy."  Just rewrite the lyric and the music.

But THEN, you'd have a new song.  Why not just write the new song instead of converting this one?  Seems to me it would be harder to change the tone of this one than to just write another.

It sounds good as it is in my opinion

If you really want to make it happy though, change it to major key and make it more uptempo

It's very melancholic as it stands, the video is disturbing, you could try changing the words and the music, but it wouldn't be the same song and it might not work. Have to agree with the above, why not just start from scratch, write a new song, it could have overlap, like a companion piece...

As others have said - yes you could make this song "happy" by using major keys and upping the tempo, but I don't see the pint in doing something like that.  The song works as is, if you tried changing it it wouldn't be the same song!

Wow this is a well made production! The video and mixing is first class!

I like it as is tho. It has that David Bowie kind of vibe.

Why not just write a new song?

OR...

You could try remixing it as a dance song (if you're into that kinda thing).

But I'd leave it as is.

Amir

If you've gone as far as make a video for the song, then surely the journey is complete. The main identity of this song would be lost if you start changing the chords / Tune / Lyrics. Write a new song in a major key and share it with us all!
