Seeking Collaborator/sHi, I am a composer/keyboard player and have been working for the last 20 years or so producing music that I think is tuneful and in the genres of rock/pop/ballad/soundtrack.
Music is very much a hobby – I am not in the music profession, but nevertheless like to spend a considerable proportion of my leisure time on this activity. I have taken tentative steps over the years to try to publish some music, at one stage even signing away some pieces, but nothing ever became of them. I think my music has matured over the years and I now have a portfolio of some old and new music on SoundCloud.

I have classical training (to Grade Eight) on piano and violin (also to Grade Eight) but haven’t picked up the violin in years. I work within Cubase with music input through an 88 note master keyboard and sounds from Native Instruments Komplete. I have a dedicated home studio in Norfolk but because of work constraints would need to collaborate with anybody interested using electronic means (sharing of files etc).
I would like to broaden my horizons and collaborate with lyricists, singers, similar minded musicians, music professionals or otherwise to try to refine some pieces (theirs or mine) with the aim of enjoyment and perhaps even opening them out to a wider audience, or even just an audience! I am thinking along the lines of, for example, writing the music for a song in collaboration with a vocal performer and lyricist or having some writing/arranging input on songs with a new band as they are setting out, but am up for anything.
