Hi sue, I google mapped them and their head office is a house north of Blackpool. Nothing wrong with that but it suggests its a 'cottage industry'.

Also I tried to look for reviews and there's only one I could find - it was on yelp (reviewers name is also Sue!) no offence but are you the owners mum/wife/girlfriend?
