In Germany exists a slightly bizarre szene of young people who oppose the copyright law: culture has to be free for all to use. Their main 'enemy' is the German PRO, GEMA. Sariola is part of that szene. Which means that no license fees are being paid. If they would credit your authorship I cannot tell. They seem to be willing to do that, they also might pay a onetime lump sum. But basically you should be prepared to waive your copyright and any claims based on it should you collaborate with them. I wouldn't do that (I have no option anyway since I am a member of GEMA to who I transferred my claims).
