somehow i missed this song whilst listening through the forums. it's gorgeous. sounds like a lifetime of experiences squeezed lovingly into one song. it's so good.. yeah it reminds me alot of nic jones & martin simpson.. and that ain't no bad thing. it's very traditional, which sometimes puts me off.. and loses the listener.. but it's so well written that it kept me engaged throughout. which is saying alot for me because i'm very easily distr.. oh look.. a bee...

Very lovely song Adam the guitar sounds pretty awesome as do your vocals I love falsetto in the chorus  lovely melody and lyrics and the simple production seems to suit this song  CS

Like this relaxed song very much.Please do a proper recording. Very well done.Nice guitar work there. Only the head voice is a bit over pressed but it´s only a question of routine. A bit less pressing and it´s wonderful.
