amnesia - help

I'm obviously loosing it - please could someone remind me of the name of the small wind ( reed) instrument we had at school which had a single octave keyboard on it.
I remember Joe Jackson used it on his early solo albums.
And once identified I'm looking for a VST..

It is a melodica, but it was also known by other proprietary names I seem to recall. Colloquially known as a 'hooter' hence the band name the hooters!
