Well picked up Neil.  It's ironic how when it is when it becomes universal, it Alamo becomes more over sonar and you yet to know her and develop empathy as Boo pointed out.

I think it was Dan Penn wrote wrote a number of great tunes including Dark end of the Street who said something along the lines o what makes a great lyric is where it can be both personal and universal at the same time.
