I think the losers are founding these type of competitions with their Entry Fee .. they are asking for 25$ an entry .. imagine .. .. just so they can hear your song .. 

Any one interested ?  .. Talent with 25$ maybe ..

Think you may have a point Saaed ... and the cost goes up as you get closer to the deadline!

It's given me an idea though ... From now on I will be charging £1 (or one packet of wine gums) for every song review I do on this forum

I am wondering if we should have a special section of the forum where people could post links to their sites for say...... $25 and the best post wins $25,000. Once we have sufficient entrants of course.

At first I was like wow that's so much, but when you work out how much that is in pounds (via google) its pretty much the same as the UK songwriting competition- well until you get to the final deadline...$55 dollars is a bit excessive...I won't be entering

I think what they really mean is at your own cost.

I like the wine gum idea, here a question how many wine gum would you have to eat to be over the limit.
