Hello

I joined the forum a couple of weeks ago and have posted a bit, but have only just noticed the introduction bit. I'm a songwriter, guitarist and singer living in Gateshead (near Newcastle), UK. I wrote lots of song in my teens but gave it up in my early twenties. Started writing again about five years ago (in my mid thirties) and have a good number of finished songs, mostly for guitar but some for piano. I've recorded some and am now starting to gig the songs as part of a duo. I'm interested in the songwriting process, how to develop and get better, and how to learn from and with others.
