Hi.

I write a lot of country rock and country blues. I am wondering what sort of input you are seeking as i may be interested. You can find some of songs posted here in the song section. Not all are country as i write across many genres but country is deffinately in the mix.

Collab would by distance as i am based in nz.

Hi Allan

Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry, I put my post up in a bit of a rush, I should've really been a bit more informative.

I have written alone for quite a few years crafting lyrics, melodies and music so I see myself as an all-rounder. I have found though that co-writing is important to bring in fresh inspiration, different opinions and ideas aswell as constructive criticism. I am always looking for new people to write with to build a varied catalogue of songs.
I am looking for songwriters to create new ideas and write country songs with. I fequently travel to Nashville to write and plug songs. I am looking to grow my catalogue of songs which I take over with me.

I currently write with people via skype/email/chat etc (which ever one works best due to time difference) so that is not a problem with me.

I have just had a quick listen to a few and they sound like well crafted songs. I'll have a proper listen later tonight and get back in touch.

Thanks again

Gaz

Hi I have one song in particular you might be interested in. It is called Losing the light. Although I do not think it is a country song, others have told me it is,so what do I know. Anyway you can hear it on soundcloud under DODROCK  Give it a listen and tell me what you think. By the way I used to live on Goulton St in Hull

All the best Dave O'Donoghue

I have written several country flavoured songs. Go to my reverbnation page:

http://www.reverbnation.com/alanwalker/songs and check out "This State Of Tennessee", "Half Remembered Rhyme", "A Place At Your Table", "Hard Times 2012" and "Green Summer Dress". If you like the way I write, PM me and we'll take it from there.

Loved the "Northern Cowboy" song, BTW.
