The first time you export to mp3 it'll ask you to install a dll file to your computer, there are instructions on the audacity website on how to sort this. Alternatively you can export as a wav file with no issues. Once you have that wav file, just upload it to soundcloud (you'll need to register with them, it's all free and easy to do)
