This was a heavy metal song I wrote for a metal band I was in, about the strange topic of Jack the Ripper not wanting to kill the girls of which he killed he just did it because they were coming on to him. The song was mostly instrumental so there aren't many lyrics. The section saying 'BITCH!' are hard to picture as there was a change in the riff of which they in a sense formed a chorus.
