This song is about a poor family struggling but happy.

You were last in line
Now the water's gone cold
Baby goes hungry today
Those damning notes
And soaking toes
There's nothing left, they're sold.

For just that chance
To prove your worth
Escape this tedium
A tie and shirt
May stop the hurt
And support an unplanned birth.

These are testing times
Only the strong will survive
These are our times
We'll fight on for all of our lives.

The happy will sing
And the wealthy walk by
Without as much as a glance
But those with a soul
Are still on the dole
And dance on the poverty line.

These are testing times
Only the strong will survive
These are our times
We live on and live out our lives
We live on and live out our lives
We live on and live out our lives

We don't have much...but we've got it all.

I think this is a really interesting idea and makes me think about whether having money would make you happy. I reckon a lot of people can associate with this. So yeah, this is really good.
