Where can I get a free contract for songwriters to sign confirming % splits in writing?

Thanks.

Try the Musicians Union - they've got loads of great resources. You'll probably have to become a member though.

This any good?

Thanks Flossie. It looks really good but it's not legally binding.

I'll look into this Tone.

Cheers.

The Guild Of International Songwriters & Composers (GISC) can also supply this type of documentation

You would need to be a member but they do also offer lots of other services to members - song assessments ( by publishers/labels), a proper copyright service (free to members), legal advice, sample contracts, quarterly newsletter etc.

Don't be put off by their awful web site and "old skool" feel - they really do have some useful info

Thanks Boydie. I had a look but it didn't appeal. I ended up doing a simple one sheet agreement myself.

I've got 12 songs being released by Apollo Live at the end of this month and wanted to tie up a few loose ends with collaborations on 6 of them.
