Saw this on FB and yes the whole topic makes me a little sad.

Just finishing my next blog about CD quality audio, have another one about audiophilia in the works AND I have one planned about mixing and mastering for the market that favours apple buds and laptops over real speakers or headphones.

it's funny as I have made the point on here lots when the techy guys get going ( don't bite that most music is listened to via radio

Or in my own case now streamed via spotify

My Gran used to tape music by facing 2 ghetto blasters into each other , playing one full gutty and using the in built mic to record on the other onto a tape

But a good song is a good song
