Once you've recorded your song, even just a demo if you need help or advice, stick it on the reviews board with (conspiracy comp) in the thread title so it's easy to spot. There are a few others working on songs but none have posted as yet (the comp runs til march) but feel free to be the first. Now those creative juices are flowing, keep em flowing

Ah ok, maybe once you've written the one you want to enter, stick a request on the collaborations board, see if someone wants to work with you on it.

i use garageband on me ipad and it has no option for having any backwards recordings, the mac version of garageband does but i only have my ipad for recording so the big question is does anyone know any app that i can use for backwards recordings otherwise am probably stuck for getting something fo this?

Hey mosp, I think I read that you can install audacity on the iPad, it's basic but it has a reverse feature.

Just google Audacity free download, it's free and legal, and really good.

It's a waveform editor so you can just import the bits you need to reverse, reverse them, then export them.

I just looked on the app store and there is an app called iReverse Speech which is free and should do it. You can record to it or import songs (or your own sound files)

This will be a nice, long, slow burner of a comp, you'll have ALL winter to do it
The closing date will be Saturday 30th March 2013,

Wow, this one will have to be a slow burner, it's clearly one for those who do the cryptic crosswords rather than the quick crosswords.......  I love the idea of writing lyrics which contain a hidden message ( a kind of alphabetic cryptography) - not sure about writing a melody which is palindromic though - that sounds tough....I'm going to give this some thought but I'm not holding out much hope.....
