Beautiful!

Your vocals are getting better and better with every song (and they were great to begin with!!!)

I agree with bringing the other instruments in a bit sooner but for the genre this is absolutely spot on

LOVED the slide parts and didn't notice an issue with the panning on my cans - I just got lost in the pictures you created with the music and lyrics

Well I'm completely flattered that you would invite me. So I'm thinking "Why Not". What have I got to lose.

So I guess that is a yes.

The secret ingredient is Peroni Nastro Azzurro and lots of it drunk very cold. Not shaken or stirred  ;D

Very lovely song. Something about your voice makes the hairs on my arms stand up... So beautiful.

Many thanks to all who posted on this song and for all the lovely comments - the response has far exceeded my expectations. I was pretty amazed I got away with the harmonica part - It's a new instrument to me and I guess I've maybe played it for a couple of hours before recording this song.
I'm pleased the dobro(acoustic resonator slide guitar)has gone down well. I don't think anyone else on the forum plays one and it can be an aquired taste.

Thanks again everyone  :)

Everything about this song is sensational.

This is only the first one I've seen on this forum, and I'm already astonished. Your fingerpicking (so clear and resonant) perfectly accompanies your subtle voice.

The lyrics aren't overly cheesy or twisted, just simple thoughts and feelings, but so beautifully written.

Keep 'em coming, you've got my respect!
