This one was done for a bit of fun. Ray, the chap singing, and myself wrote the song in the morning, phoned up a few friends and recorded it in the afternoon. All the performances you see in the video are the live recorded performances although we did do the vocals seperately and cut them into the video. I had to overdub the bass as well as the bassist couldn't make it. Obviously, we aren't breaking new musical ground here - it's a straight blues song and as such, quite different to most of his or my original songs. Anyhow, it is our own tune and we had a hoot doing it. I hope that comes across in the video.

Haha Drummer was funny at the end.

I really loved this mate  ;D I am a sucker for people like Joe Bonamassa, Stevie ray, even a bit of Gary more.

Blues is always listenable.

Thoroughly enjoyed. Cheers for that   ;D

btw, although everyone was good on their instruments I though the vocalist was well cool.

Tight, Crisp live recording! And funky playing and singing from all involved. Really loving it.

Yup, no new ground, but who cares. Sometimes just let music be and enjoy it for what it is!

Sensational vocals - very Paul Carrick esque

Whole thing is tighter than a German Accountant working in Greece ;)

Well I like it, especially the vocals, but especially the solo, that was a surprise and sweet as hell.
What if we both just smiled at once?

Excellent live performance.  The instrumentation is spot on and the vocalist really delivers the goods.  Very impressive to have written the song in the morning and then achieved such an accomplished performance by the afternoon!

Well done!

Cool performance, great voice on that guy. Pretty generic song, but well played none-the-less

Had to restrain myself from cheering at the end! I liked that lol, I had a constant smile throughout the video. I bet your neighbors LOVE you :)

Singer is really good! As is the lead guitarist. I enjoyed how the 2 really worked together, leaving the drums and bass to lay down the path for you guys to walk down.

Only issue I had is... It's about love being sad, yet I was smiling...
