Arrival is Death

it don't exist
not as something else
just a crack in the mirror
running from itself
behold the world
you will live and learn
be kind to the animals
expecting no return

arrival is death

better this way
I can think of worse
recognition dulls the mind
take just one time first
it's the money
if not that, it's lust
they will keep you distracted
when less could be more than enough
subject to withholding, I'm forever rolling
                      arrival is death

I'll leave this here

I read this through earlier and really like it and decided to sit on it before commenting. It has a great depth with so many images and ideas to grab on to. It’s a real poetic feast and I enjoyed it immensely. Thanks for sharing and I hope you get into full music mode soon.
