I wrote this intending it as a country song. Probably be best with a Nashville drawl.  I'm trying to work on recording something but melodies aren't my strong point.


Drinking made a mess of me
Hit the bottle at twenty three

Contemplated suicide

Hi, This to me is a good write the only thing is that there're so many songs already that is the same (as in subject). I like what I read in your lyric, now the only thing that can make a difference is the melody and music.
