ADHD and Songwriting

Hi, I’m writing a dissertation regarding the relationship between ADHD and song writing. I, myself, have ADHD and am a songwriter and I’m aware about positive and negative links. It would be great if there are any ADHD songwriters out there, if you would be willing to complete a very brief survey for me to gain a better understanding of how the song writing  process is for you. I will take your request as an acceptance of consent. NB. The dissertation is to help myself and others to gain a better understanding on whether an ADHD diagnosis helps or hinders song writing.
