Great title. Your lyrics here miss the lines up til and including `pretends to be you`in the Soundcloud link btw. Really atmospheric track,nice changes in the 2.10 mark that could have been more forceful. Great vocal that a lot of singers couldn`t do well,intense long notes,climbing up. Wouldn`t mind hearing a female vocal on this. Vocal may be a bit plain,some atmos on that would`ve been nice,it`s a bit too long imo.

Ahhh, a nice piece of synthpop with a slight 80s vibe. As the 80s were my teenage years and synthpop was my jam I like this a lot. Its actually driving me slightly bonkers as it really reminds me of something and i can't for the life of me work out what the hell it is. Part of that is down to the vocal which I also think is great.

I liked the intro a lot, it prepares the ear for what comes next. Very nice song and nice lyric, this line is great

The idea of gradually introducing the rhythm goes very well with the ethereal style that you wanted to give it. Good changes and good delivery of the voice. Very good work.

Love the echoey synth sounds that open this, and the gentle build.  I think I'd be inclined to up the snare a little (listening on laptop speakers though).  Nice bass sound after the 2 minute mark too.  It's a song that delivers a very smooth ride - not quite ambient but some similar calming characteristics (to me, anyway).  It's a little bit William Orbit-esque with those echoes (I'm a big fan of his, so this works well for me).
