Not quite sure how you manage to produce soooo many songs. And keep the quality up too.

But of a crooner this (although the vocal effect is not croonery but may I say I love it!!).

The holidays have been very good for you from what I see...
I really liked your song. You say it's relaxed but the lyrics are deep, hard although the arrangement makes it soft. Very good production, you have a style and a way of doing things that worked very well.

This sounds freakin awesome John!  I really like the backing track... those BIG synth sounds, and especially that squeaky synth line under the choruses.  And I really like the vocals too.  It's quite unusual too.  Epic!  Even by your standards.  Modern techno-soul.

Some lovely unexpected chord progressions on this @pompeyjazz . Like this a lot. The excellent production is a given with you Mr Pomps but this has a catchy chorus line which will fill my empty head for the next week or so. Well done John.

It's an interesting brew - hard to try and tie down to an era. At times 80s maybe, but tinged with a more modern sound.
