This has a spiritual/hymnal quality. Your vocals always carry that yearning and the 'It was good to know you' line takes on a hypnotic vibe.

Yay, great to see a new @shadowfax song.  Funnily enough I was just going to tag you on the 'Alumni' thread so great to see you back in town.
Top tune and production... Those delicate guitars in the background are well judged.  Your voice sounds really clear on this one, sitting nice and proud in the mix so you can hear every word, and as others have said plenty of emotion in the delivery.  Excellent stuff.

Terrific song. Fabulous arrangement and a really strong vocal. The only thing I can't quite get my head around is parts of the bass line which sounds a bit strange in places. May just be me not getting it. Otherwise I think this is fabulous.
