Lyrics:

Baby, I’m afraid of
those we have to trust
they want to decide
what is a no go
and what is a must
Wash your hands
sleep on the floor
always wear the mask
Turn off the lights
and close the door

Hope
give us hope
raise your voice and grow
let the wisdom flow

I see a glimpse of
sadness in your eyes
yes it's the same old story
but now with Wuhan lies
The radio The tv-show
the host continues to guess
there are no facts
to let us know

Now we are safe
its all okay
we got our pinprick
here the other day
we should be happy
enjoying life
we saved the world with a test
until the next mutation, we can rest

I'm a bit worn down by covid related songs, but at least this one has a positive message. The music and production is superb. It's anthemic and I can imagine it going down really well with many folks. If I'm honest this isn't my cup of tea but that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with it. We all need a bit of hope right now. :)

Hola @Krysoe

You have achieved a very interesting fusion between reality and hope, that soft smell that surrounds your music. Very good work.
I did not know that to live we had to die so many times

@moraamarolaloba @ChrisPrice Thanks a lot for your feedback, sure this is one type of music some like and others do not.
Hope is written with a specific purpose for a get-together post-COVID19 concert later this year.

i've been avoiding the covid madness
but the stripped back lyrics pulled me in here.

sounds a bit like bowie
I'm sure he'd have loved to have pulled this off.

not much ambiguity here

i'm not into crowds
i like the song
but i won't group huggin' anytime soon.

good song
It's either this or that, then again it might be the other.

I can promise you a future of slow decline.

Don't eat the yellow snow

And there you have it.

@rightly - Thanks for your feedback.
Like you, I have tried to avoid the madness. For me and my wife because of age by self-isolation. Today 85% of the people in Denmark where I live have got as a minimum the first vaccination and the government declared yesterday all restrictions are removed - we are allowed to hug, kiss, and get together for cultural activities like concerts.
Time to party while we are waiting for the next Muhan.
