Songwriting Process Survey

Hi my names James. I am a song writing degree student and I am currently researching song similarity and writing frameworks for a module on my course. For this module I'm in need of some volunteers to fill in a quick 10 minute questionnaire on this subject. This would be a huge help if anyone here could fill it in for me.
