I would love to be a fly on the wall in your studio and watch you craft these rich backing tracks of yours. You really have a great talent for it mate...and lyrics of course. Well done...again.😄🎶👊🏻😄

Housewives choice? lol - I've not heard that before.. Well I'm not a housewife, but I do like it a lot all the same :)

Smooth is right @montydog .. not unexpected of course. I like that fiddle in the intro - gives a lovely folky feeling to it straight away, which appeals to me.

Singing, playing and production to your usual high standards.. Interesting theme too (I also thought you could have kept with the original spark a little more).

Beautiful work as always, Alan.

yes the title, concept is lovely
this song displays plenty of insight into life
masterful execution
well done
It's either this or that, then again it might be the other.

I can promise you a future of slow decline.

And there you have it.

Great song, M.
Love the production and the performances, too.
The title caught a critical eye, but the context of the lyric made perfect sense.
Great song.............

This song has comfy vibe. Beautiful violin part.
Your voice is peaceful and I like it. As for the arrangement - it's amazing!
I love this.

Alan,
Like the delicate way in to tune and it build nicely into your classic Walkersound you've established :-)
Supporting your lyrics but you honeyed vocals.
Cool lap steel solo too.
Thanks for sharing

Hi Alan
As usual nary a nit to be found in this one.
Lovely vocals and lyrics - I like the lyrical sandwich approach with the same stanza at both ends.
Solid work :D
