OK - So a few of you have expressed interest in taking part in this little challenge (not a competition !) So this is what I propose....
We will have a list of entrants in pot 1 and a list of genres in pot 2. We'll do a live draw on the Zoom call on Friday 8th May at 8pm UK time. (You don't have to be on the call to be involved in the challenge) Each entrant drawn from pot 1 will have 2 genres drawn from pot 2 and can choose 1 of those genres
Then the challenge will be to write a song in that genre in the next month.
Who's in
It's a bit of fun and I think it will be an interesting exercise in working on a genre that you may have not before
Let me know and I'll compile a list of entrants. I've got a list of genres but will probably discard some of the more obscure one's unless that is you don't want me to.
