Does anyone know how to convert a Logic project to Sonar or even Reaper ?

You need OMF, Im pretty sure both logic and sonar are compatible with it:

Thanks for sharing this it's very interesting.
I was wondering about midi compatibility but i read that it doesn't possible.
I work with logic and my friend with sonar and that could be helpul.
