I wrote this song with along the theme of reaching 'the point of no return'

Disappointed and betrayed again
In need of solitary escape
Wandering aimlessly with no anticipation

Watch the embers float away into the night
What are the lessons that we learn?

Skip a stone across the surface
Did you see where it went down?
Don't continue on this current course of action no

Lost the way due to accidental genius
Lost control lost guitars
Singing songs about a different time and place
I hear the music from afar
