Ive been tweaking this mix (low end fixes) and would appreciate any comments
on the current balance of the mix. Last one in this style for awhile but its fun....Ray

Love Waits..

Rolling Thunder, Lightning across the sky.
The Storm is coming, its time to Live or Die.

Freedom of the Heart, The will to choose our way.
The Truth cannot be changed, no matter what they say....

Love Waits, Thru the Storm there is a way.
No more Hate, just an Everlasting Love.

Crossing over, into Eternity.
Too late to change the Fate, Of All you've lived and Breathed.
I see the Darkness, Like a Shadow in the Rain.
Only one Path You choose will take away the Pain....

Great stuff, one of my all time favourites of all time, you got me a reachin’ for my tiger skin leggings...

Great ideas, pinch harmonics... spot on for the genre, is it supposed to be like Boston? Or do you like the city?

Maybe add a synth pad behind it, they used to love that...(think Van Halen Jump beginning)

Nice work man

@ pompeyjazz - Thanks man! I think I would like big willy.. ;)

@cowparsleyman - Thanks so much for the comments! Boston relates to the band.
The Harmonies and melodies were a big influence on me but this wasn't meant to
sound like them. good idea on the synth pad  :) (I think I still have my tiger skins..haha)

@ MonnoDB - Thank You! we had a lot of fun with this one.

Ray,
Enjoying the riff and chorus. Good vox too, neat doubled vocals.
All rocks along nicely with an accessible classic hard rock vibe.
And importantly lots of guitars :-)
My only thought is that that I can’t hear the bass enough, everything else is crystal clear.
:-)

Yeah 8) a straight up and down rocker in the classic style, really enjoyed the listen, particularly liked the instrumental section, pity we don't here this genre on the radio any more...good stuff guys 8) :)

Don't listen to this type of music much but really like the guitar riffing and general slickness. I could be wrong (and it may be a taste thing) but the vocal sounded a touch too dry in comparison with the backing and might do with a little more ambience around it?

Anyhow, those lyrics have a very classic feel with the way they just make statements: "Rolling Thunder." Freedom of the Heart." I never naturally do this but it works so well here.

Great work.

Great old school rock. I grew up on stuff like this many, many, years ago (it's still way more contemporary than what I play and listen to these days) and this nails it perfectly. Great vocals and guitar and production. Nothing to suggest, I'm afraid. Well done!

Production is not my area, so I can't help there. So I'll just say I like it--it has really good energy and gets my attention. Sometimes I wish I could sound more "rocky". I really like the sound, but I always seem to end up sounding pretty much "easy listening". Love the guitar!
