Title pretty much says it all - Paul Simon's latest record is very worthwhile - a masterclass in songwriting, and gorgeous to listen to as well. Produced by Brian Eno, I doubted I would like this album very much, but I was so wrong. It took me a while to get used to the Eno-ness of it all, but n the whole it works really well, and goes to show that you can't ignore brilliant songwriting when you hear it.
Highlights for me are: Wartime prayer, How can you live in the northeast, and I don't believe.
