This is quite a complex and disturbing soundscape CPM, and your thread introduction really set the context well. I did like how the synth orchestra at about 5 mins seemed to pull the structure together, but then that church style organ is very powerful and makes a great climax. The panned jet engine is scary!
It's a musical mode of expression that defies structure, so inevitably makes the listener uncomfortable- i.e. It is far from being a 'song'. But it is very immersive all the same, and would make a great soundtrack to film footage on the subject. As has been mentioned, great production too.
