Hip Strap?

Ever hear of a hip strap for a guitar? I wonder if they are a good idea. I wouldn't mind not having the weight hanging on my shoulder.

I like the name Hip Strap, would make a great song EDM title, ihn fact I'm going to bag it now...

@PaulAds  Ahhh, there's more than one kind of hip strap! I'll have to look for one that'll allow me to spin the guitar!
