Yeah Adam, it’s about a 7 out of 10 for me... not getting goosebumps but quite like it and certainly sounds like a Bond theme. I don’t think it trumps the ones posted on here so far though! It’s the first song of hers I have heard... that vibrato vocal works well.
It's all too beautiful.

And here's me, doubting she was the right choice, now absolutely LOVING the song. :P

Seriously, I've heard it probably about 50 times already and just can't help playing it over and over. Which, given I wasn't over-enamoured of it to begin with (on first listen I felt it was trying to be Goldeneye-ish - possibly my favourite Bond song - but not really getting anywhere near. Plus I was frustrated with the way she sang it, trying to pick out some of the words) says a lot.

Now I love it. Wish it was longer! :P

Message in a bottle was the same for me, didn’t like it at first, then couldn’t stop playing it.

Alright, I've got as far as rough demo stage with mine:

https://soundcloud.com/commodore-64/nttd-demo-22feb/s-Ea1wy

I know it needs to be "bigger" and am trying to enlist my erstwhile bandmates to help me with that.  Will probably roll out the timpani etc too.  Grateful for any thoughts, tips and suggestions in the meantime.

Hope you are getting on alright with yours.  If a few more of the people who said they were working on one come through, we'll have enough for a album.   :)
It's all too beautiful.

@PaulyX - I like it so far, moody and ominous. I think it can be as big as you like (probably it's a bit closer to a Garbage or Aha style). That said, I could hear some more orchestral flourishes giving it some extra Bondness maybe when it really starts to let go around 2'20.

I still live in hope of getting mine moving before time runs out...

@PaulyX That opening chord structure is brilliant. You've really got on the theme. Excellent stuff as usual. Great build  :)

95% done. Quite a noisy affair.
I'm 50-50 on the official song. Looking forward to the forum album for sure.

Damn, no film till November now. But let's try and get our songs in by April anyway, eh? (mostly talking to self...)

Go for it, Adam...happy to help with anything you might need, if I can.

I need to polish mine a bit. Certainty the vocal needs a few tweaks... as it's going to be in such great company, it needs a little bit of a brush-up 😃

Do you think we could persuade Boydie to tweak and master the album for us?

Yeah, let's stick to our current deadline of 1st April.
I don't think Coronavirus is a sufficient excuse to slow down the Forum.  No Time to Rewrite. :-)
Plus that means we could hopefully actually have the album all done and dusted in advance of the actual revised film release.
@Boydie ... ref @PaulAds suggestion... would you be up for it?  You'll have 5-6 months or so to work on it and we'll still be in time for the film.
It's all too beautiful.

Yup, I would be up for mastering any tracks - and if required I would offer to produce, mix and master the winner (obviously, only if the winner would want that!)

Fantastic...thanks, @Boydie 😃 that's very kind of you.

It looks like it'll be a great showcase for the forum.

Will we definitely have enough songs for a full album?

Just to warn you I am still going on this. Is it a magnum opus or just a fight for time? Did I download an entire VST orchestra and now think I'm freaking Hans Zimmer? Or did I do everything, realise it was about 2 minutes too long and have to start chopping? Anyhow, stay tuned... if any of you still have the patience...
