Hi y'all,
Before I start writing on about these lyrics, I was just wondering if the '2 lyrics per 2-weeks' rule is in effect. I was going through the thread and the poll, and I assume it's not in place. However, I just wanna ask so I don't over-post for the two-week period.
Anyways, this was a song I was working on a few weeks ago, but I never completed it for some reason. After getting into the writing mojo, I picked this up again and finished it. Ditto to the first post - any suggestions and comments will always be appreciated

Verse:
Ladies and gentlemen,
a hero has fallen.
What on earth did he ever do
to falter down and lose?
Ladies and gentlemen,
the knight in armour’s dead.
Such a splendid surprise;
we’re all alone tonight.
Pre-Chorus:
The pieces of our heaven
are now in ruins
at this solemn, dark moment.
The sirens of the angels
are now quite muted
and the ceiling has turned red.
Chorus:
We pray for our liberty
from this strong animosity.
So where are you now, our diety?
Wasn’t there a great man theory?
Why did he leave us all behind?
Verse:
Ladies and gentlemen,
our lives are now in hell.
No one to protect us.
No one to place our trust.
Ladies and gentlemen,
where is the road ahead?
He was the dear beacon
to get to our Eden.
Pre-Chorus:
We’re in the home of Satan
and all the sinned men.
at this eerie, vile moment
The laughter of the demons
are fulminated.
We’re bowing down all our heads.
(Repeat Chorus)
