My apologies to all for not being around the forum recently. As some of you will know, I've been a carer for my wife for the last 5 years or so learning the complicated process of home haemodialysis.

Unfortunately Jeannie lost her brave fight last Friday but I had the enormous privilege of being to spend every moment of her last week by here side.

Missing my best mate and inspiration enormously.

This is something I wrote for her a few weeks before she left us to go to wherever you go to.

This is an amazing track. I'm actually a little speechless and that is not common for me. I loved every single second, every beat and every word you sang. And even though I wasn't born back then, this reminds me of some of the greatest music from the '80s The chorus is beautiful, heartbreaking, and it is truthful and relatable. The guitar solo you put up there is fantastic, and I could feel the emotions through your playing. You sang this song beautifully as well, and your delivery was spot on.

I don't know what else there is to say, except that this touched my heart deeply, and it brought out my emotions. Beautiful!
