Hi Guys.  After getting permission from the competition organiser.  I have a couple of late entries for the Spring Comp.
Sorry if I've ruffled any feathers  ;D ;D .   I certainly don't expect to win anything after listening to some of the entries.  Some
astounding stuff on display here atm.  It's privilege to be amongst you ;D ;D

 Anyway, here's my solo entry.

 https://soundcloud.com/binladeda/project-oxo-1-1

It's exotic...I looked it up and it says 'having the characteristics of a distant land'.  So this is my attempt at something South American.....that's pretty distant ;D
Was inspired by my families eating habits, and my grandsons obsession with Barcelona FC   ;D ;D

Hope you enjoy, and good luck to all you comp. entrants.  ;D

Definitely exotic

Great guitars and love those organs and great arrangements.

Can definitely picture Messi running at my team and all those exotic nutmegs.

Beautiful tune....makes me want to go on holiday.

Pure Class, right up my Calle, I was just transfixed by the bass, was a bit put off by the midi classical guitar (but that's just me), wanted to unleash the 335 on parts of it.

Thanks for that moment in Argentina, Man

Hope your'e well.

A very cheerful song. I like how the instruments imo lack just a little. Exotic, check!
Might be a favorite through out the summer!

Man ! That bass is mental - Bangs you on the head. An eclectic mix indeed with that South American feel. There's a lot going on here as there is in all your songs so will probably need a few listens to appreciate all of the subtleties. clever stuff indeed  :)

This is just great cheeky fun in a slightly mind-bending way. Something about it makes me think of video games. Loved the rhythms... also the way all the instruments are quite light-touch and skittering... nothing is too big and dominant, you know? Lovely stuff.
It's all too beautiful.

Groovy!

Really enjoyed this Bin....love those organ stabs....and all the other stuff...piano's great when it comes in. Lovely flavour to it all. I could listen to it all day....well, I am on my second glass of wine....

Would be great to hear again as I'm put on hold when I try to get through to some French government department instead of some sick and I mean sick in the old sense, pop song....or it could enliven my next ride in a lift....and I don't mean this in any sort of insulting way at all.....this would be an antidote to some of that dreadful stuff.

I'm a little bit happier now than I was before....mind you that could be the wine. Great entry!
Take it easy.

You can check my stuff out here. Mini-album getting bigger slowly. Free download if you're poorer than me.

Funky and chilled at the same time, great little listen.

Love the melodica at the start. Sounds like it was a fun to do and makes for a fun listen.

Love the chilled laid back funky jazzy latin vibe going on in this track Bin :) It's kind of cheeky, but also kind of like a love song :-*
You must have had fun putting this together. It's a fab entry ;D

Amazingly catchy instrumental full of ear candy from start to finish. Guaranteed to lift the spirits, it's just loads of fun and a very worthy entry.

Thought the vocalist was a bit quiet however!  ;)

Smooth, funky and fun... Particularly drawn to the jazz elements but it works so well with the latin flavour.. Loved this @Binladeda ...

Yo binster.

A cheeky little number which walks right up and tweaks the nose of convention.

Offbeat and grovvy! Cool drums. 8)
