Really effective stuff - those guitars are seriously angry and the quiet parts are sad indeed. I wondered about the 73 reference - without it this unfortunately could apply to any number of situations past or previous which we are still coming to light.
Love the sincerity that comes through in the vocal performance too, rightfully so, good on you.

Surprisingly catchy given the borrowed chords. Loved the inventive ending.

@PaulyX Buzz saw seemed to work, hopefully got that angry touch
@shadowfax Thanks so much Kev. You have helped me so much during my time on the forum so your comments mean a lot to me
@adamfarr Thank you Adam. Most of all I wanted it to sound real so hopefully achieved that.
@Bankie Thanks for the listen. Glad you thought it was catchy although that was not really my intention. Yep, I like to borrow a few chords but I always hand them back in case other guys want to use them.

Hi John,

This song has lots of energy, very moving and of course very topical.
....A topic that should have been addressed a long time ago.  Only now are the depths of the problem being discovered.
Great idea to make into a tune.

A great listen.
