This video portrays an underlying sorrow that I have managed to describe with a certain sense of humor without leaving aside the poetry of the words.

Mr. Doctor,
pull out this pain,
lock it into a rubber glove
and throw it into the fire of what does not work

Mr. Doctor,
pull me this heart,
wrap it into a rubber glove
and keep it in some box.

Put me some new eyes,
Put me some new dreams,
Make my mouth sing some song
of those
that make you dance to the beat of the drum

Put me some new eyes,
Put me some new dreams,
Make my mouth sing some song
of those
that make you dance to the beat of the drum

Mr. Doctor,
Put in my hands a brush
that knows how to paint the sun

That was really cool. I liked the video and the words are poetic. Your painting looks lovely. You're a woman after my own heart.

Three minutes of pure entertainment - I was mesmerised. The lyrics are very clever in that they are sad, but there is underlying humour too. A pretty little tune. Great video. I really enjoyed this.

This is so unique and individual. I was completely mesmerized by the music. If there's a video with the music I usually listen to the music first and then the video with the music. Both are fascinating and hugely entertaining. The song seems to swing against conventional techniques which is great. You're pushing the boundaries with your unique music and art fusion. p.s You have certainly stereotyped the Spanish doctor . Bravo, Tres Bien, Magnifico  :)

Very good original piece. Trip-hoppy and dubby. Somehow sad and relaxing at the same time. Cool.
It's all too beautiful.

Great! loved the instrumentation...and the interplay between the synth sounds.

I think that the video hugely helps tell the story and its clear a lot of work has gone into this.

I truly admire your originality..very refreshing.

Paul.

@Bill Saunders
Thank you very much Bill.

"You have certainly stereotyped the Spanish doctor"

Making this song, Dr. Crhistiaan Barnard came to my mind but I could not contact him in Paradise, his substitute is very particular, even more than him ...

@PaulyX
"Somehow sad and relaxing at the same time"

it's something I do not understand, regardless of how I find myself, my songs are relaxing

@paulb
"a lot of work has gone into this..."

Thank you, Paul. Yes, a lot of work... and of fun to me.

I keep thinking about this song. The thought of wanting a doctor to give you new eyes, to take away a pain, that only time can ease, is really moving. I've seen a few tragic things in my life, and after those events, when the tragedy replays even when your eyes are closed, is so painful. New eyes would be good.

Fortunately, time moves you forward and you start to see beauty again, even through the eyes you have. You start to hear the drum that makes you want to dance again. Until then, you suffer.

I really liked this song a lot. You have found someone who is a "certain kind of person". So did Dali and Picasso.

This is very different.  Your song communicates tremendous sadness.  The instrumentation adds to the feeling.  At first, I wanted the lyrics to really tell a story but I think that the charm lies in the quirkiness and presentation of an idea of unhappiness, longing and dissatisfaction.

I really enjoyed this

That is a very clever video @moraamarolaloba , as others have said very entertaining, but quite unusual in a creative way - that is all good.

Your voice sounds very sultry and just seems to sink into the hypnotic, laid back riff, so the whole thing is very mesmeric.

Very captivating piece of work, both the song and the video.
My latest novel: pls check it out!

Hi @moraamarolaloba

You must have put a lot of work into that video, I used to be a filmmaker and know what it takes to cut and edit a piece like this.

Very dark piece, portrays your message really well.

Great work there.

Wow, this is special, the impact of seeing it, just now reminds me of the sasem impact I felt ...
1. Seeing Klaus Nomi singing 'Nomi's song' (check it out on YouTube - quality ain't great)
2. Barnes and Barnes singing 'Fish heads'
3. Knowing that Picasso's cubist period that even now looks so modern was way before the 1st world war.

Just wonderful, thank you for this, I did like the first rubby glove lyric, made me smile, in a cool way.

I thought of you @redrhodie I knew you'd dig this.

Sleep tight.

Rich
